City of Bountiful, Utah
Bountiful is situated in the foothills just eight miles north of Salt Lake City, between the Great Salt Lake and the Wasatch mountains, and is known as the “City of Beautiful Homes and Gardens.” Bountiful hosts two major events each year; Summerfest International, welcoming dance troupes from all over the world, and the 24th of July Handcart Days Celebration. The 2007 Handcart Days celebration begins this weekend. Bountiful City is home for one of the ULCT staffers…but for me it is home of one of my favorite golf course, Bountiful Ridge.
