The group formed to examine Utah’s open government records law, has produced its final recommendations on how to update the 20-year-old statute.

The group recommends a fee formula that allows government entities to cover the real costs GRAMA requests while insisting that a complete overhaul of the statue is unnecessary.  Check out this article for more info on the work of this group.
